Yes. We invoice the insurance company or the housing provider handling the claim. Tell us who to send it to when you request a home.
How soon can we move in?

How long can we stay?
As long as the repairs take. We're flexible: stays can run from a few weeks to many months, and we'll work with you and your adjuster if the timeline changes.
Is the home furnished?
Yes, fully furnished, with bedrooms ready to sleep in and a full kitchen. Ask us if you need anything specific, such as a crib or extra bedding.
Can we see the home first?
Every photo on our site is of our own homes, and there are video tours of the Cranston and Abington homes on our homes page. We can also do a video call.
