What we collect
When you use the contact form or subscribe, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone (optional), the dates or property details you share, and your message. We also record the page you used and the time.
How we use it
- To reply to your question and, if you ask, to arrange a stay or a service.
- To send marketing emails only if you opted in (the checkbox on the contact form, or the subscribe form).
- To keep a record of our conversation with you.
We use software to help sort messages and draft replies. A person on our team reviews every reply before it's sent.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this website and our email and customer records, for example our CRM (HubSpot), email delivery provider, and AI provider used to draft replies. They process your information on our behalf. We don't sell your information.
Guests who booked through Airbnb, Vrbo, or other platforms
We only add you to our email list if you sign up yourself, for example through this website or a sign-up card in one of our homes. We don't use contact details from booking platforms for marketing.
Your choices
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct, or delete your information, email hello@ntstays.com.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete them [REPLACE with your retention period, e.g. 3 years after last contact].
